Trust & Platform Update
Subprocessors page, plan refinements, and security updates
19 Sep 2026
This release adds a new Subprocessors transparency page, refines plan quotas and limits, and includes ongoing platform security improvements.
What changed
A new Subprocessors page is now available, listing the infrastructure and service providers that support running the platform.
Plan quotas and limits received refinements for accuracy and consistency across account types.
Additional security hardening was applied across authentication and access-control flows.
V1.5
Authentication & Security Update
Security patches, login improvements, and passkey rollout
25 Jun 2026
This release bundles several security patches, smoother sign-in and registration behavior, and the first passkey release across login and account settings.
What changed
Various security patches were applied across authentication, request handling, and account-protection flows to tighten reliability and reduce edge-case risk.
Login and registration flows were improved with cleaner handling around verification, account access, and sign-in friction points.
Passkey support is now available as a new account security feature, including passkey sign-in, passkey enrollment from Settings, and passkey management controls.
Suggested passkey names now use friendly random English codenames instead of browser or device-derived labels, and raw credential IDs are no longer exposed in the passkey settings surface.
Google Authenticator stays active for email, magic-link, OAuth, and TON wallet sign-ins, while passkey sign-in can complete without that extra code.
V1.4
Security & Infrastructure Update
WAF hardening, DNSSEC validation, and Adaptive Trust Engine
14 Jun 2026
This release brings together months of edge-protection work, stronger DNS integrity checks, and a new adaptive layer that helps keep the platform safe for legitimate users.
What changed
WAF and edge-protection rules were refined over several releases to improve coverage against automated abuse while keeping normal browsing and search flows smooth.
DNSSEC validation has been enabled to strengthen DNS integrity across the platform.
A series of smaller security patches was applied site-wide across authentication, API handling, and operational flows.
Adaptive Trust Engine is now active. The platform reviews account and request behavior, evaluates risk signals, and applies proportional safeguards — from additional checks to temporary or permanent access restrictions when misuse is detected.
V1.3
Privacy & Workspace Update
Search privacy improvements and workspace early updates
26 May 2026
Workspace is currently under updates and will be opened more broadly at a later stage.
What changed
Result content and source URLs are automatically anonymized after approximately 1 day.
Security and retention improvements were made across the platform.
Please review the Ethical Guidelines before running searches.
V1.2
Sign-in Reliability & Security Patch
Magic link sign-in reliability and security hardening
20 May 2026
This patch fixes a magic link sign-in issue and includes several security improvements across the authentication flow.
What changed
A magic link sign-in issue has been fixed to make the login process more reliable and easier to understand when a link is expired, already used, or needs to be requested again.
Additional security improvements were made around authentication handling, request validation, and reporting visibility to make sign-in behavior more consistent and easier to monitor for administrators.
V1.1
Security & Policy Update
HMAC pseudonymization, pricing refinements, and policy refresh
13 Apr 2026
This release tightens long-lived retention handling, clarifies policy language, and refreshes plan messaging for premium search availability.
What changed
Long-term retention records now use HMAC-based pseudonymization for stronger protection of technical metadata.
A dedicated RETENTION_HMAC_SECRET has been added for the retention flow.
Search and plans screens received cleaner premium labeling and mobile UI polish.
Privacy Policy and Terms have been updated to describe staged retention, HMAC-based pseudonymization, and the current security safeguards more precisely.
Search history cleanup messaging and release documentation were refreshed to match the new retention model and naming.
V1.0
Initial Release
Security foundations, retention lifecycle, and platform hardening
01 Apr 2026
The first public release focuses on protecting sensitive data, tightening lifecycle flows, and making platform operations more reliable.
What changed
Application-layer AES-256 encryption for sensitive records has been integrated successfully.
Search technical metadata and core observability logs now follow staged retention and anonymization windows.
Account deletion lifecycle behavior has been tightened with clearer grace, finalization, and cleanup handling.
Operational cleanup processing is now wired into recurring maintenance flows for more consistent retention enforcement.
Privacy Policy and Terms have been refreshed to explain security and retention behavior more clearly.
