Who can request access
- People doing legitimate academic cybersecurity research at a university or another research institution.
- An institutional or academic email address, so that we can verify your institution.
- An explanation of the research objective, the methods and why access is needed.
- Use limited to academic cybersecurity work. Other uses are not covered by this program.
How the review works
Send the request
Complete the form above with your institution, your role or department and an explanation of the research. You receive a request ID when it is submitted.
Manual review
Requests are reviewed manually: we check your institution and the stated research purpose. This is a grant-only program, and approval is not guaranteed.
